Innova International provides consulting services to developing nations, and multilateral and bilateral development partners, and specializes in three areas

The first is governance, particularly central governance, comprising Cabinet operations, policy-management systems, role and place of central management agencies, legal frameworks for governance and strengthening central and ministry planning units.

The second is public finance and government financial management. This area of focus includes sectoral and regional planning, macro-economic planning, multi-year planning, medium term expenditure frameworks, program evaluation, fiscal planning, budgeting, accounting and public auditing. Budget reform services include integration of recurrent and capital budgets, Public Investment Programming (PIP), and implementation of specialized systems such as Program Budgeting.

The third area of specialty is enterprise development both large and small. This includes financial markets development, enterprise restructuring, government policy making for enterprise development and privatisation and commercialisation of state enterprises. Our small enterprise services include development and strengthening of micro-credit policies and institutions and implementation of Credit Unions and Cooperatives.
